Back-Flow Assembly Testing

JP Landscape is now offering back-flow assembly testing as an in-house service!
The purpose of the back-flow assembly on your irrigation system is to keep the outside water (which may contain contaminants like chemicals or fertilizers) from back flowing into your drinking water. This assembly needs to be tested annually and it is required by your water purveyor. The purpose of this annual test is to ensure that the device is working properly and the check valves are closing tight is a back-flow situation. If an assembly fails the test it will need to be repaired or replaced immediately, before the test report can be turned into your purveyor.
Our rate for this service is $58.00 w/o tax, for residential irrigation assemblies.
Our service includes:
  • Back-flow assembly test.
  • Cleaning of seals and plungers if necessary.
  • Filing of test report with your water purveyor, and a copy of the report for the homeowners’ records.
