We take care of your project from start to finish

Our comprehensive operational process encompasses all aspects of a successful landscaping project, from start to finish … and then beyond. From our first meeting, we will execute a proven stepwise process that ensures your project runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

1. Design & Estimate

Every project starts with a design. We can either refer designers to you (and participate in your interviews with them, if you wish) or work with a designer you've already chosen. You will have a lot of flexibility with the design process. Once you have settled on a design, you will work with the designer to select materials for the project. Working from that, we will provide you with a detailed written estimate, based on sizes, quantities, and materials, for the services to complete the proposed landscaping. Our written estimates go into a lot of detail, so there are no surprises.

2. Contract Signing & Project Coordination

If you wish to proceed we will reserve your spot in our construction schedule, and we will develop a comprehensive project plan that includes the scope, schedule, and cost of the project. We will review the plan with you and then break ground on the creation of your spectacular new outdoor space. 

3. Construction & Project Management

Your project manager will be your single point of contact throughout the construction phase. He or she will be responsive, communicative, and easy to reach at all times. Your project manager will coordinate the application of manpower, the logistics of materials delivery, and all aspects of the work in progress … so you won't have to. Frequent site visits will be made to supervise construction and assess progress. Regular project status reports will be provided to you, so you'll know where things stand at all times. We know that you may have planned important social events around your new outdoor space, so we stick to our promised timelines.

4. Project Completion, Walkthrough & Warranty

Once construction is completed, we will perform a final review and inspection with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the results. If any small detail is found to be amiss, it will be addressed promptly and completely to ensure your satisfaction. 

5. Management Plan

When our Construction Division's work is done, our Management Division can take over and ensure that your outdoor space stays spectacular as time goes by. Because we know that your on-going satisfaction can lead to future referral business for us, we have a vested interest in protecting your investment. And because we built the space with an eye toward maintaining it, we're the right people to keep it looking and feeling beautiful. We take pride in our work and we'll stick around for the long run to preserve it.
